Smarter and centralized voucher follow-up
One of the main evolutions in 11.4 is in the voucher follow-up. Now, all travel-related actions are centralized into a single experience.
Canceling reservations, requesting changes, adding baggage, reserving seats, or receiving the voucher by email has become much simpler and more contextual. . 
Additionally, the workflow now features AI-powered support directly within the voucher, allowing requests to be initiated faster and more intelligently. The chat also begins to accept PDF, JPG, and PNG attachments, expanding the possibilities for service and resolution.
More transparency in hotel reservation
The lodging experience has also evolved. Travelers can now view the cancellation penalty fee before completing the request. This change brings more clarity regarding reservation rules and helps users make decisions with greater confidence.
Another highlight is the new retroactive reservation feature, which allows the regularizations of lodgings already started or completed within the last 7 days directly through the platform.
The workflow was designed to reduce manual processes, speed up issuances, and simplify reservation regularization.
More modern and complete road travel experience
The bus journey has also received major improvements. The search interface has gained a more intuitive layout, making it easier to read schedules, trip durations, and policy information.
Furthermore, vouchers now display complete information about connections, seats for all segments, and details of the contracted insurance, bringing more transparency to travelers.
Faster journeys in Rental and Bus
The Rental and Bus experiences now feature smart loading bars.
While the search is being processed, the user tracks the screen layout building in real time, reducing the perception of waiting time and bringing more clarity regarding the progress of the operation.
More control for managers
In mobility, the new version adds an approval workflow for scheduled rides.
Now, managers can configure policies that require approval before requests are sent to cooperatives, expanding control over the operation and ensuring adherence to corporate rules.
Wallet with more flexibility in expense management
Now, wallet uploading allows defining whether a specific wallet requires an invoice (nota fiscal) at the exact moment the spreadsheet is submitted. Previously, this rule was applied automatically, which reduced operational flexibility.
With this update, managers gain more autonomy to configure different use-case scenarios, keeping the corporate policy as the platform's top priority.
The improvement reduces manual adjustments after uploading, increases information consistency, and makes the financial management process simpler and more efficient for companies.
