VOLL 11.07: Access control, flight precision, and reimbursements via Pix

Version 11.07 of the VOLL platform arrives to bring even more agility to your corporate routine, accelerate financial management, and eliminate bureaucratic manual processes. With a focus on access governance, booking flow accuracy, and practicality in expense reimbursements, this release brings direct improvements to your day-to-day operations.

Greater Control over Approval Delegation

Your company’s governance gets an extra layer of protection with the new Delegation Flag. Administrators can now define exactly which users have permission to delegate approvals, either in individual user profiles or via bulk upload. This eliminates the risk of travel and expense requests landing in the wrong hands.

Autonomy and Precision in Passenger and Voucher Management

Passenger Registration in the Admin panel now includes email, mobile phone number, date of birth, and travel details, automatically populating this information at checkout to prevent operational errors. If a confirmation email fails to reach a traveler, administrators can use the Voucher Resend feature directly within the platform for full autonomy.

To prevent issuance errors, the Requester profile now requires the Blank Traveler Field to be filled out, preventing bookings from being accidentally issued in the requester’s own name.

Accurate Visualization in Date Filters

Navigation on the main dashboard is now more consistent. When filtering searches by Travel Date, the date and time column adjusts its display to reflect the actual day of travel (rather than the request date), confirming clearly that the filter was applied correctly.

Alerts and Transparency for Airfare

To avoid wasted resources, the platform now displays a Under-3h Issuance Warning, requiring explicit confirmation when attempting last-minute bookings that travelers might not be able to use. Flight searches are also faster: Auto-Update on Inversion recalculates round-trip segments when swapping origin and destination without needing to click "Search" again, highlighting lower combined fares.

Additionally, the Fare Discrepancy Notification sends an automatic email alert if a ticket price increases by more than 15% between quotation and booking. Finally, Default Sorting by Price returns to prioritize the most affordable options in search results.

Reimbursements via PIX and Smart Wallet Management

Receiving corporate reimbursements is now much simpler with Pix Key Registration in the mobile app (under My Profile) or in the Admin panel. The system automatically falls back to traditional banking details if there is an issue with the Pix key, reducing pending financial items.

While navigating, Pix Balance Feedback displays the available wallet amount directly on the payment input screen, preventing payment attempts above the limit. The flow is completed by Auto-Filling Reasons during advance expense reports, displaying the Balance Approver on the Voucher, and Sorting by Travel Start Date on the approvals screen to ensure imminent trips receive priority.
